  • Soft Sesame Sub Bread: A large, pillowy sesame seed sub roll, lightly toasted on the inside to hold up to the savory juices.

  • 12-Hour Pulled Pork (150g): A massive mountain of savory, hot pulled pork. We braise it low and slow for half a day with garlic, fennel seeds, chicken broth, and cracked black pepper—with absolutely zero sugar.

  • Havarti or Gouda Cheese: Two thick slices of deliciously fat, melting cheese torched directly over the hot pork.

  • Apple Mustard Mayo: A custom house spread whipping together creamy mayonnaise, whole grain mustard, and finely grated tart apple for a sharp, sweet-and-tangy kick.
